Although Scrambl'z is a breakfast-focused restaurant, we also serve a lunch menu consisting of hand-pattied burgers, sandwiches and unique salads. Almost everything we make is from scratch -- from our corned beef hash to our fresh squeezed juice. We do not cut corners when it comes to quality. We use real butter, make our own batters, whip our own cream and offer pure Vermont maple syrup. We break over 13,000 eggs per week and squeeze 10,000 oranges.
